lack information

I took a contract with telkom in December and am supposed to pay R89. But every month telkom deduct more than they should and everytime I make an enquiry I get different stories which were not explained to me when I took the contract. This month again they deducted more and today I call them and I spoke to Buhle (agent) she said my contract is R97. Telkom service is very BAD. I have never experienced such BAD service. When u need to use Telkom think again or you will regret. They will not explain things that they are going to charge you in your contract.
