Kwanele Ngema Telkom employee

Hi my complaint is not directed at Telkom as a business but at a Telkom employee by the name of Kwanele Ngema, he works at Telkom Northgate shopping center next to pick n pay.

Telkom as a business has been good to me n im a happy customer that i want to extend my contract.

I went to Telkom early this year to make a swim swap one on of my data contracts, i was helped by Kwanele Ngema who asked me to help him with his account in return, i was so happy that he helped me n i agreed...to be honest i was not even sure what i was agreeing to. He said he needed to move his existing contract of the phone he lost to my account n he will pay it every month until he can move it back to his name in October. He defaulted in payment for the first two months in a row n i asked him to please remove his contract on my account as this was not what i had agreed to... He kept on promising that he will remove it until to date, been asking him every month!

I know i made a baaaaad decision coz now i need to buy a house n my credit score is messed up because of him, been telling him that but its not working he always says ill move it. Mind you i only have two routers with Telkom n he's paying an Iphone. Telkom please help i need Kwanele Ngema to move his debt from my account. Thank you.
