I posted 4 requests for an upgrade to my wifi 2 weeks ago and still no reply!!!!

I wanted a wifi ****le for my mother and despite the fact that I have a stoporder for more than R1000 per month, they refused because of an unpaid bill of R 4.33 from 3 years ago!!!
