Knock Knock!! Who's there? Def not TELKOM!!!

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying to cancel my telkom telephone line and adsl service since February 2016 (ACC: ********** 71738). I have sent emails, phoned them, went in store, spoke to the collection services and yet they are unable to cancel my line? You send them emails and only receive an automatic reply and nothing else and at the end of the month they keep sending you invoices. They have now given the account over to a collection agency and even they cannot assist me in canceling the services. </p> <p> </p> <p>So now the only thing to do is make a post on hellopeter in order to get their attention in dealing with this matter. If this matter does not get solved within a week, i will pay the amount outstanding (to avoid a bad credit record) and then take them to the ombudsman and start charging them interest!!!!!</p>
