It has gone nine (9) months since the original purchase date of a laptop combo and; which was subsequently returned within the specified period - in terms of the tenets of the Consumer Protection Act as well as the NCA. Notwithstanding the return of the laptop combo (purchase date 20th November 2020) I am being sent tax invoices every month...right up to now (August 2021). To make matters worse the original price of R449 has, for reasons unknown, been upped to R997. The latter amount has been unofficially and/or *******ly withdrawn from my Capitec Bank Account every month.
