Kicking the little guy update

<p>I am satisfied with the work that was done and that my concerns has finally been attended to, however it took me to go on to social media before Telkom took note. I need to commend Keagan from theTelkom Social Media office who followed up on my Hello Peter posting and Saa****, one of the Telkom technicians working in my area. He was the only technician who gave me a full run down on where, when, how and why, and I had many technicians wondering through my house. Saa**** even followed up a few days later and also gave me a call to inform me of the progress of my issue.</p> <p>I thank both of them for their willingness to go the extra mile to assist me.</p>
