Kicking the little guy

<p>I assume as Telkom has the monopoly in South Africa. Their attitude is, not to worry about the little guy or our concerns when it comes to service delivery. I have been trying for over three years to have the infrastructure in my area to be upgraded just to be able to receive a decent ADSL connection but Telkom’s solution to my concern is to down grade my service </p>
