<p>Khanyisile Maphanga dropped the line while I was requesting for a limit increase. How the hell do you end a call without notifying the client. Does this stupid agent know the effort of a customer calling in? She ddnt call me, I called her. I took my time to contact telkom and the agent hungs up on me without informing me. I call again to request a limit increase only to find out as am speaking to the next agent Khanyisile already added R100 to my account...what if I didn't realise this and actually added another limit on my second call. This agent almost costed me double what I ddnt plan for. She must learn to proceed with calls and inform the customer of her intentions to end the call. I was not even rude to her. She asked me to confirm the number in question and after telling her that this is the only line that's connecting me to telkom and all other contracts have been cancelled, she hung up. F..ck her.</p>
