Kept on billing after cancellation

<p>We cancelled services and Telkom kept on billing us and subtracted it via debit order. Now after months and months of struggeling to get the invoices reversed and get credit notes no one can refund the amount they ********ly took. This is on going from April 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>Terrible service, don`t know how the business survive if this is the client service they provide.</p>
