I am being threatened with lawyers from Telkom.. I'm being harrassed by callers who deviously use other numbers to get thru when I blacklist due to verbal abuse. I am being debit ordered by devious means/diffetent names used by Telkom to get the money out if me that I "ostensibly" owe them...after having stopped the debit order, cancelled the contract (almost immediately after instigation last year). They will not acknowledge this even after confirmation by letter, registered mail, telephone calls etc. They deny receiving information. It has now got out if hand. I have no land line. They cut it and refuse to re-establish it. The cell phonre contract I took out to replace it, with WiFi, doesn't work....hence the cancellation. The staff at Kenilworth Centre are arrogant. Rude. Have no respect for you, the customer. And you can stand in that queue (no chairs) for minimum 2 hrs. The woman who phones me is rude. I get the phone put down in my ear when they cant or are not prepared to investigate. It's abominable. I've never come across anything quite like it. As a pensioner it's disgraceful treatment all round. Hellkom. Eskom. They all the same. Run by ******.
