Keep your device and data

I done an online application for a data deal with Telkom mobile on 06/03/2015. on the 9th a consultant called me back to complete the application and was told they would call me within 2 days to let me know the outcome of the application. its now 2 weeks later and still no call from them. i called telkom mobile on the number provided (081 180) as per the email and was told my query was logged with online sales and would receive a call on 20/03. its now 23/03 and still nothing, i eventually call the above number again and was told that a outsourced company does the application completion process and i should contact them, guess what they dont even have me on their system. Telkom you can keep your device and data. i already have a device from another provider.
