Keep closing faults without fixing them
Posting this on behalf of my parents who are not on hellopeter. They logged 3 faults with Telkom since the 16th of Feb, refs 926CRZ160215, 620CRZ200215 and 53CRZ250215. This is for a cable that needs replacing (I believe due to cable theft). Yet Telkom keeps closing the faults as resolved when the lines have not even been replaced yet, and the phones are not working!!
