KATISHI VICTOR SELOWA UNREPONSIVE TELKOM EMPLOYEE

I have been communicating with Katishi Victor Selowa from Telkom since Dec 2020 to resolve a cancellation. Telkom kept charging me even after it was officially closed which I reminded Katishi to correct the account and send me a final amount for payment. You would think once you get passed all the customer care lines etc and have a direct email contact it would be resolved quickly!!! Disgusting I am STILL WAITING???
