Kamogelo you are one of the bad apples at Telkom consider changing jobs as you don’t appreciate or value the Telkom brand.

I received the worded by far experience from one of the Telkom consultants called Kamogelo tsehla not sure if I spelled the surname correctly however I was told that I’m being difficult for an issue that lies with Telkom and failing to correct the issue my account was debited by Telkom on the correct date however my phone was closed off, I called to have this corrected but was met by a rude lady who said I was being difficult for wanting to correct this. I would like to cancel my contract with Telkom and anything else associated with them I will not be disrespected by a young lady who doesn’t care about the Telkom brand but she’s definitely doing a great job in killing it while she’s still hired there.
