Kamogelo Mosito customer services consultant at Telkom, in Jhb, Most jovial, helpful, individual I have spoken with. I Must commend this guy, he was on point, ensured my concerns where addressed, and resolved, he was extremely patient, so lovely to speak with, has such a great personality, has not been with Telkom for a long period of time but you would never say with the way he carries himself out, by the way he assists his clients and gives his clients peace of mind.

He was ever so happy and ready to answer my questions, resolve my issues, and ensure that by the time I had ended the call, i was a happy client who is not so confused any longer.

I would rate this Kamos service 100 out of 10, that should say how pleased I am, Telkom along with other companies especially those related to customer services should hire more "Kamogelos", every customer would be a happy customer.

Kamogelo you definately represent Telkom in an outstanding way, Telkom should be lucky to have an employee like yourself, they probably have no idea just how lucky they are to have you working alongside them.
