Can't get hold of your customer care when needed. Internet is down and won't connect. I need to do work but cannot. The whole of Telkom don't know what they are doing. When my internet does work it keeps dropping and is slow. I want answers as of now what the hell the employees get paid for as it seems they don't know what they are doing
