App**** online for an upgrade, agent phoned me on 8th Nov 2021, everything was processed and I was informed that the device will be delivered within 7-10 working days. today I have been phoning all available telkom nrs and some even say that nothing appears on the system. online verification was also done so how is it possible that there is no record of this.
