*** service!

Telkom has the worst service ever! My dad passed away in Sept 2018 shortly after our landline stopped working. We tried going to the store to cancel the line, they said we needed certain documents. We got the documents from the lawyer then Telkom started charging us fees again. We went back to the store to cancel and they said we needddto send an email to *** I send the email a month ago and still haven't received any response. My issue is still not resolved and we are literally being charged for absolutely nothing!
