*** service!!! Can't wait for the contracts to end!!!

Extremely poor service!! So i finally got someone to look in the situation of my problem with Telkom and Platinum Warranty. So the lady who i approached agreed with me that the black spots on my laptop screen is not crack and it is a faulty... So platinum Warranty need to fix my laptop because it is not physical damage.
