<p>I took a contract last year dec 2016 at telkom and where I was told that am to pay 199 per month however since then even now there was no deductions from my account from them, they sent me an email telling me that I now owe then 600 and that they did debit my account and found no money which is a plain lie, when I check on my bank statement ive notice that they havent deducted me any money or tried to do so, my account always have money in it, sometimes when I call their client service ive been told that my contract is counseled, which I find it very werd bcuz I recieve email from them telling me that I must pay their account.</p>
