No feedback on my contract that expired a number of years ago.

When i tried to go cancel it in the shop I get told to make a profile. When I made a profile, there was no account linked to it???

I just get debited with R40 every month for the last 3 or 4 years..

I want a full refund of the money that was debited over the last 4 years.
