I hereby will like to share my experience about Telkom. I have been using their service for quite some now. It's only last when I missed the payment, first the charged me R200 for missing a payment, which I feel it's ridiculous, they charged me more than a bank. OK fine. Now my account has been paid they still have not open up my account I am unable to do anything using my phone. I am very disappointed with the way they do thing. I called hhem to open my account and they told me that the money is being collected by a third which I have never had an agreement with, apparently the money I paid have to be transferred from third party to their account. Isn't that a violation of POPIA. Guys be warned Telkom is totally milking us. They are professional ****mers.
