Telkom provides the worst service ever their employees are so ***********. I had a sim card contract taken via Cell direct which i cancelled,they stopped debiting after i cancelled my cintract. After few months debits started again and now am informed via SMS that i owe telkom is that poor service. When i call abd provide my ID number am told that there is nothing on the system.Can you Telkom get your house in order.
