KAAAAAAK SERVICE!!!!!!

Your service is absolutely, incomparably and shamefully disgusting. I have never in my entire life come across a service provider that fails so dismally to be efficient with customer service at the very least.

It is absurd that I have to wait for a whole week for my wifi to be reconnected (if that will even happen). I am behind with my work because of your atrocious service. I pay my dstv and immediately the service gets back online. On the other hand I paid my wifi account last Thursday and I get sent from pillar to post about how I should "wait for the funds to reflect", I mean what the hell??

I was told about how choosing Telkom would only bring massive inconvenience. But to my disappointment, I gave you the benefit of doubt. I have learnt my lesson. It has been years and reviews on platforms like HelloPeter still rate you one useless service provider. I couldn't agree with them more.

I am seriously considering canceling my contract with you. This is totally unacceptable.
