Just Silence

<p>I cancelled my Telkom LTE service on 05 September 2016 due to no network coverage. Telkom came out on 05 October to test my coverage and it has been verified that I do not have any coverage. Today on 23 January 2017 still not cancelled yet, but they have not forgotten to still take my money every single month.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I phoned to ask for a status on the cases that I raised, the call centre person just told me that the cases have been closed on 05 October already, and they are no longer looking at this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathethic. Them being able to just keep on taking my money and there is not much I can do about it as they have also threatened to blacklist me if I stop paying.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you are thinking of taking out a Telkom product... DO NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
