just plain poor poor service

Telkom created an electric fire in my rooms and have still not compensated me for this - I have a legal case against them - still no luck. I am moving premises - not my own decision forced upon me and requested termination of services which they are refusing. At least once a week we have no adsl and no telkom lines - why would I want to continue ???
