Just pay back my money

I closed my business account with them. I was due more than a R900 refund. <br> I was told I can come pick it up cash at the shop in 2 weeks. When I went to collect, they had no idea what I was talking about. <br> <br> I was given the Service Representative's contact details. She then tried to help me but with no positive outcome. The one day I get told my debit order wouldn't go off as my account was supposedly credited and what a surprise I got when the debit did go through. <br> <br> I closed this account on the 14th of May. It's basically September. <br> <br> DO NOT EVER FALL FOR THE WE WILL CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT BS. <br> <br> Ensure they transfer the money to your bank account. If this ever gets resolved I will most definitely be closing my personal account with this dying monopoly.<br> <br>
