just pathetic

once again no business phone lines. no storm just telkom technicians doing what they do best. messing around with peoples lines. same scenario as last time when they were out for 5 days. you get a ring but no answer. couple of minutes later your lines are down. obvious call was from technician seeing if your line is working and then they switch it to another line. just pathetic
