Just not bothering to repair ADSL lines

Reported my lines dead on 2017-11-07. Told there's and area fault. after a week I start calling daily. The area fault has been repaired my lines are still down. Fault has been handed to a technician. He never come out no suddenly its a cable fault. I live 2kms from the exchange can see the cable route, no one has worked on it in over three weeks. Call try esculate the fault, falls on deaf and uninterested ears 30 days later after been treatened with termination of service if you don't pay for the last 30 days you have not had any service, still no service no sign of a technician and no joy
