Just give me back my money...,

I went online and app**** for a internet service everything was approved and processed then I received a message to pay R 700 which I did a month later still no service . I went into the branch in N1 city Goodwood and was told sorry we can’t help you please call the call centre because this contract was canceled no notification. Please just refund me R700 I will take my business elsewhere. Pathetic service.
