Just for a ****** ****en SIM card

I was at Telkom Westgate mall, waiting to be assisted for more 45 minutes. I was not acknowledged by any of of the consultants. Two of the consults that were free left the store to go home instead of assisting me, knowing that I was waiting. Very disappointed with the serviced I received, I've never experience such bad serviced from any telecommunications company like this. Wouldn't recommend Telkom Westgate to anybody, just for a ****** ****en SIM card
