I have no more words for the pathetic service Telkom is providing... It just f**** ridiculous. They should just close Telkom down. I had a simple request, I changed banking details and I wanted to make payments via eft because I don't trust Telkom with my banking details they always taking random amounts out of my account which is anyway in bridge of the contract I have with them. They are no charging me for subscription fees which I didn't sign up for...
