JUST DON'T PAY!!
A month ago I complained on this site / FB / e-mail / their site / any site, to no avail.<br> <br> To recap, I upgraded my 4Mbps line to 10Mbps through the Explora promotion in November 2014! Easy would you say?????<br> <br> Nope!! In January 2015 they already started charging me for the new \package"and I refused to pay the excess. It took more than ten calls?<br> <br> Miraculously"
