Just doesn't care

I run a business from home, i am dependant on my line at home to get business and present classes on weekends to my clients, ita a cash business. Since lastweek it has been off i have been told they will contact me even that a technician was to come to my house yesterday but guess what still nothing, i am in tears as i wont afford my bills and my groceries are running out and i can't make money because you people are pathetic and dont care as long as you get your money nothing else matters. I live on the money i make daily and now i cant make any and i have no co operation from you people at all. I have another class tomorrow and yet again ill have to cancel as you have no intention of fixing my line before then. Who ia going to compensate me for this loss?? You?? 1047crk031215
