just Bad Service

I have a contract deal at Telkom and would like to upgrade to a new deal so with black friday coming up and cyber monday i checked online and found the perfect deal to suit my needs. So on cyber Monday i found a deal for 10 gigs anytime and 10 gigs night with a double data deal for 20 gigs anytime and 20 gigs nightime data for R199, so now im super excited. After waiting for 1 full hour i managed to speak to a agent, she told me the deal is out of stock. This is at 12 the morning , So my question to her was how is it out of stock so early in the morning, She told me that from this morning this deal has been out of stock. Now my question is why is telkom advertising deals on their website to attract customers but dont have any stock. She said from this morning there was no deals available , is this false advertising. Offering contracts and products that they actually dont have. I am adsolutly furious and wanted to cancel my contract straight away but had to call the cancellation department that would take anither 2 hours before i can actually speak to someone. Telkom has pathetic service honestly i would never recommend anyone to take a deal out with them. Please people try and go with other networks.
