Just another disappointing call to add to the rest.........................

Poor service to say the least. multiple cancellation requests, numerous agents saying it is going through and all it was was lip service. All lies and they want to bull**** you and the agents don't know what they are talking about, The managers refuse to accept responsibility for their agents actions, The floor support WADE!!!!!! has the nerves to scream that he does not want to assist, Is this the kind of professionalism one can expect from Telkom? I am beyond upset as I have to sit by and observe my wife battling endlessly with these SO CALLED!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! AGENTS.............. My God what a joke these people are and when my wife asks to speak to a manager the agents don't even have the decency to put her on hold and then we listen to all the chitchat and vulgar language and then the damn manager wants to have a worse attitude than the agent!!!!!!!!!! I AM TALKING ABOUT YOU THULI . This is absurd and thy do not accept responsibility for their actions and promises they make to there customer......... If not for the fact that there are no other service providers in my area I WOULD HAVE KICK TELKOM TO THE CURB WITH A STEEL TIP BOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
