Just a Question
Hallo There, I have to Telkom accounts, one for my Land Line and the other ADSL Line. Both Accounts are paid up in advance with an amount of plus minus R18000. I went today to find out if I can get a phone instead, and was refused because they don't sell it for cash and secondly because I don't have a Business. The Question is why, it is my money, and why can I not buy a phone with my money? Thank You

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
The reason behind that once the stock the store has is registered to be sold on contract Unfortunately they cannot change it to be sold cash.
