Just a deaf ear from who needs to fix things

On the 5th of May 2016 I, the registered owner of an ADSL service, reported and logged a fault Reference number: 423CRK050516. Since then I have been contacted and appointment made with Tech Thursday 12th May 2016, to no avail, a no-show without communication. I was met with very friendly but very limited efficiency call centre agent that tried to help via the call centre, said that the matter will be brought to their supervising managers attention and I will be called by this SM with some sort of feedback, NOTHING. The time just steadily increasing with a below 5% service operation. ***??? I was also soft capped @ a measly 156GB on fair usage policy, data/downloads was of updates for popular games & software, already cached on local news servers thus consisting of majority (80%) LOCAL TRAFFIC, that is not even 20% capacity of a "4mbps" true 350kbps download capability, soft capped thereafter without contact as promised from supervisor level manager, at least. As I am a paying customer, I am allowed to even directly request director level communications, as a paying customer, it is my RIGHT, yet nothing and an immense amount of red tape to force & discourage this rightful service request to be resolved. Poor Monopoly.

A technician has come to the premises and resolved the technical fault on the Telkom pole outside which was disconnected, there was a very fast response from the point i posted on Hello Peter, but it is really unacceptable that only though exorbitant methods used we as customers receive service.
