July Deal Wifi extender with telkom

I took a July Deal of a router which came with the Wi-Fi extender in July from telkom shop(the one near food *****s market) in Menlyn mall Pretoria, was told they a re out of stock for the Wi-Fi extenders but they'll call me when they get stock of which I never got the call, went to the shop late August to ask about it then was told I would get a call within a week of which I didn't get it. Now , today I went to the shop to be told that the Wi-Fi extenders was a while stock last but when I ask other telkom shops (one in Menlyn,near game store & the other in Wonderpark mall) they tell me that the deal was a package because they called they're customers who didn't get the stock and it's impossible not to get one for July because they also had a similar deal for August and it came with its own Wi-Fi extenders. Now I don't know what to do as at that shop I don't trust them and not helping with what I signed for & was advertised on the deal and also other shops say a different thing from that telkom shop. I believe I'm being ****** here!
