So I placed an order with Telkom on the 29th March for Samsung S23+ and the agent did no inform me they do not have stock at that moment, she said my order will be processed after 72 hours and i called them on the 11th April to find out how far they are with the order, the agent who assisted me said the order that I placed was a pre order and he will escalate it. The escalation he was talking about "He did credit check" for the 2nd time which I beg him not to do it, but he continue with it. So now I cant even go to any service provider due to his doing.....His name is JOSHUA DU PLESSIS and yesterday i spoke to one of the manager by the name of Mandy who promised me heaven and earth, when I call them no one wants to put me through to her.
