Pity there isn't an option for a negative rating. Firstly I was issued with the wrong contract by telkom. I logged a query at a shop in Centurion mall. I then received an email saying it was resolved. Which it wasn't. I logged another query via the call center, no resolution. I logged another query via email, still no resolution. I keep getting told that the contract package has been rectified, but it hasn't. Service from telkom is very pathetic.
