JOB NOT DONE

On the 30th June 2015 I laid a complaint against one of your consultants at the Greenstone Telkom Shop L011 was given Social Media reference number is SM121860, Manager and consultants phoned me to follow up and apologise and now today my initial request given to this consultant has not even been done! Not only was I given bad service from your consultant my request which was put in on the 30th June, was not attended to, my line is still open and active it should've been closed I gave my months' notice. <br> <br> This is where bad service just goes to worse. <br> <br>
