Jennifer Mafanya Awful customer service

<p>I bought a router last night.</p> <p> </p> <p>It stopped working in morning. I tried 2 different sims it did not work.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so disgustrd at the treatment I received at the telkom mobile by Jennifer. She was very rude and off putting and honestly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am appalled to be a customer of telkom mobile knowing that there staff treat customers . Jennifer was nothing but disrespectful.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like an apology for the treatment I received.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
