January Deal Not Honoured

Despite the screams of warning from our friends and family, we decided to sign up for the Telkom Mobile January Deal (50gb daytime data, 50gb night time data, modem and free TV Box). The deal was R749, slightly more than we wanted to pay but we figured that with the TV Box, we could do away with our DSTV. WELL! Online application completed, call to confirm delivery address and all was A for Away. Delivery arrives - No TV Box. Contact Telkom and get told that the lady that captures the deals used the wrong code? They would escalate it and get back to us. After numerous attempts to make contact and get resolution, we have had NOT A SINGLE CALL OR EMAIL FROM TELKOM.

The first debit order hasn't even gone off and we are already regretting our decision.
