January Big Deal - HAHA

We called the sales dept on 8 Jan to subscribe to the Jan big deal (uncapped wifi, a modem and TV LIT box) and was told we would receive a sms within 24 hours and installation in 7-14 days. After 7 days nothing happened and my husband called again. He was told there is nothing of our application on the system and had to complete the application process again. 14 Days came and still no sms. I tried calling 10213 probably 5 times a day and nobody ever answers. Low and behold a box was delivered at home with our modem, but no tv box. We installed it and again I tried calling. From about 29 Jan I saw on the website that they wrote "deal sold out" over the ad. Today I eventually got through to them, just to be told that when we called (the second time) the boxes was already sold out, BUT we can buy one at one of their stores. The point of our application was partly the free LIT tv box. WHY DID THE SALES AGENT NOT TELL US THAT??????????????????????????????
