Been making trips to the store on countless occasions just for a ****** sim swap every time I go there as it is convenient with where I Live it’s either they say they don’t have SIM cards or they offline this is bull**** as I’ve been trying couple of times I need to do this sim swap as I need to retrieve pins being sent to the number by an institution so I can access information

Please do the right thing Telkom and allow us to perform sim swaps from the comfort of our homes this thing of traveling a 1000 miles just to perform a sim swap is utter bull**** I’m definitely gonna move to a service provider that know and understand customer convenience
