J7 - Samsung Power Bank

Took an additional contractor with Tell on which suppose to come with a Power Bank however after signing the contract I was told that they have run out of stock. 2 months later still out of stock and I have been at the store between 10 to 15 times during this period and sent emails but still no stock. Very unprofessional. Telkom should have given their loyal customer's a substitute or something!!!
