Ive phoned and asked for assistance regarding my incoming calls but received zero response. When people phone me they hear a tune playing while they wait for me to answer and I dislike this very much. Nobody asked for permission regarding this music box when people phone me. This gives me a negative Business reputation. I use this phone not only for personal use but also professional use and this music box needs to go asap. I hope you can help. Thanks for listening.
