IVE NEVER MISSED A SINGLE INSURANCE INSURANCE PREMIUM IN YEARS SO PLEASE PAY MY CLAIM

CLAIM NO: 0000-67-250/ POLICY NUMBER *** UNFAIR REJECTION OF CLAIM/ UNHAPPY CLIENT/ REFUND ME MY INSURANCE MONEY/ CLAIM DISPUTE

When I upgraded my I phone 7, the main insured number was used on the latest IPhone I upgraded to. Therefore the Iphone7 had to use another Telkom number which I know was in the iphone7... You are rejecting claiming that the iphone 7 didn't have a Telkom number which is not true. Both phones were ******... So I don’t understand your grounds for rejection.

Again, the insurance on the IPhone 7 was for the phone, not the sim card, so I don’t understand why should a claimable event like theft is not be paid while you guys were taking premiums for that. Rather pay me back the money I have been paying for the insurance of that iphone 7 coz clearly i was paying for nothing....

So can you please make sure that you check the facts correctly and approve my claim because I’ve never given you issues before. I’m really not expecting that you should give me such a heart ache especially since I’ve never even missed one insurance premium. What you guys are doing is not fair at all.
