Ive lost all faith in Telkom STILL Usless Pathetic

I'm STILL awaiting feedback from my queries/complaint I sent through, to date my dispute hasn't been resolved *** logged 16 Oct 2015 and is still open.<br> <br> I STILL haven't received a ****le since September or any information pertaining to this which was part of my simple uncapped package, my landline is STILL not working and no technician has attended to fault report: 773201 reported on 22 Oct or even urgent followup reference to the fault: 496CRK271015.<br> <br> STILL no feedback regarding the above and yet they are calling me to survey their service SERIOUSLY!
